Inland (transit) transportation

If your car was towed after a damage or breakdown, your vehicle may have ended up at one of our depots. You can consult with the client/insurer to determine where your vehicle can be delivered, as long as there is coverage for this. The client will subsequently issue a transportation order to its contracted carrier.

Should your vehicle not be covered for transport by the client/insurer, it is of course possible to request a quote from us for providing the desired transport.

Quick delivery vehicle

Our goal is to deliver your vehicle to the desired destination as soon as possible. Transport planning is a full-continuous process so it is not always possible to guarantee you an exact delivery time in advance. We ask for your understanding in this regard and advise you to coordinate with the delivery address that they inform you when your vehicle has been received. By announcing the arrival of your vehicle, they can also inform you there about the further handling of your stranding.

We are available 24/7. The opening hours of our branches vary by location and they are not free. Please contact us using the contact form to make an appointment at one of our locations. Tell us when you would like to stop by and the reason for your visit. (if possible include license plate number). We will then contact you as soon as possible to schedule an appointment.

Where is my car?

You will soon be able to track the status of your vehicle through our customer portal. An invitation will be sent to you if your phone number is known on our behalf or you have provided an email address when handling an outreach.

Depending on the client, your vehicle will be delivered to its final destination within 1 to 7 business days. In some cases, the client has contracted with another party to organize transportation to the delivery address. Your question is best put to the principal at that time.
