At Van Eijck Specials, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and expand your technical talent. You will work on large, versatile lifting and salvage machines with a mix of modern technologies and traditional craftsmanship. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an All-round Metalworker, you are the versatile force in our workshop. With your broad technical knowledge and experience, you will work together in a small team to produce a variety of products for the salvage industry. You work independently using technical drawings and are open to learning new techniques. In addition, you will have the opportunity to be involved in the entire production process, from design to placement and assembly.

Your duties include:

• Various welding operations (MIG/MAG and TIG);
• Construction and welding of products;
• Bank work such as punching, sawing, rolling and grinding;
• Preparing and selecting materials;
• Assembly of parts and finished products;
• Designing and working out production processes;
• On-site assembly work within the Netherlands (if required);
• Transport, load and unload materials (as needed).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a metalworker with technical understanding and the motivation to deliver craftsmanship. You have an accurate, independent work attitude and can work well together within a team. In addition, you preferably possess:

• At least an LBO/MBO degree in the direction of engineering;
• A VCA Basic diploma (or willingness to obtain one);
• A forklift certificate (or willingness to obtain one);
• A driver’s license B;
• Experience reading technical drawings;
• An inquisitive and flexible attitude.
