RentRunner has a European network of replacement cars that can be used at any time of the day, including at night. RentRunner provides replacement transportation for travelers who are stranded for various emergency centers and car brands
within Europe.

Front and back office employee

(Full-time; 40 hours, location Hulten)

What will you do?

You are jointly responsible for the Front and Back Office department. Our team is the first point of contact for our clients and we expect an enthusiastic, energetic and professional team there. You will process (inter)national requests for replacement transportation. You will have contact with the depots and also with (inter)national emergency centers, emergency services and other clients. Keeping a good, clear administration, planning transport, processing fines, managing the fleet are activities you perform on a weekly basis. You are communicatively strong, accurate in your work and flexible in your working hours.

What do we expect from you?

You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages. Furthermore, you have knowledge of MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel). You have a customer-friendly attitude, you have good communication skills and you have at least 1 year experience in a similar position. In this position you are expected to work 1 week per month picket shifts in the evening and weekend.
