Control room dispatcher (full-time or part-time)

Van Eijck Mobility B.V. is one of the larger salvage companies in the Netherlands and has several branches in Brabant and Gelderland. Van Eijck Mobility provides roadside assistance, salvage and replacement transportation for various clients such as emergency call centers, insurance companies, leasing companies, dealers and the Department of Public Works. Together with more than 180 colleagues, we make sure customers can get back on the road.

Your role:

As an emergency room dispatcher, you will be responsible for speaking to our clients and customers. In addition, you have other (administrative) tasks waiting for you besides making phone calls. This includes processing completed assistance assignments and taking new reports and putting them into our system.

Job duties include the following:

  • Lots of telephone contact with customers and clients.
  • Take telephone and mail reports in consultation with the scheduler, and process them appropriately in our system.
  • First point of contact for clients and customers, answering various questions related to pending, closed and new reports.
  • You ensure that new reports related to domestic salvage, roadside assistance and transports are properly entered into our system.
  • Administrative processing so that the finance department can invoice the report.

Job Requirements:

  • Communicative skills in both Dutch and English languages .
  • Be able to quickly switch between various tasks.
  • Decisive and stress-resistant, keeping an overview when busy.
  • Available in 24/7 industry which includes night shifts.
  • Part-time or full-time.
  • Telephone experience is a plus.
